Be considerate

Studying Carnegie's books on how to deal with people repeatedly over years, I am certain the essence of this book is to think from others' point of views or, in other word, be considerate. After acquiring this idea around four years ago, I still failed many times- heedlessly apply the stereotypes in my mind onto others and make others' lives miserable. If I ever paused, I won't make the mistake headlong. I would do three things to prevent/change the outcomes.

1. When there are conflicts between what I hear and what I assume, I should incorporate these new ideas instead of get rid them
2. I should pause every time when I was about to make malicious judgement about others
3. Look on the bright side of life
4. To know all is to forgive all
